Weches: Sasquatch Survival Hike!

Do you have the skills to survive in the wild? Could a Sasquatch live here in this forest? Learn the answers to these questions and more during this fun and educational program. We will begin by talking about the five basic human needs and skills to survive here in the forest. Then, we will hike an easy half mile trail through the forest discussing the importance of plants and human uses of the area. Finally, while hiking we will play a game to learn your fate of trying to survive in the wild!
Meet: Picnic area
Bring: Drinking water, comfortable shoes, and dress for the weather.
All programs are free, there is a $2.00 park entry fee for all 13 years and older. We are located on Hwy 21 between Alto and Crockett, please call 936-687-2394 with any questions.
