Weches: A Historic Game of Trapball!

Come one come all for a friendly historic game of trap ball! Do you love sports? Are you more into history or reading? Either way this game that everyone will love! The game involves a leather ball, a simple bat, and a trap. It came to America with the arrival of the colonists and was around long before the modern sport of baseball, America’s national pastime. As few as six people or even up to one hundred can play this fun and addictive game which is for people of all ages and abilities.

Bring: Drinking water, comfortable shoes, and dress for the weather.
All programs are free, there is a $2.00 park entry fee for all 13 years and older. We are located on Hwy 21 between Alto and Crockett, please call 936-687-2394 with any questions.
