Popular author and Texas State Historian, Bill O'Neal, will talk about the blood feud in old East Texas as told in his book, War in East Texas: Regulators vs Moderators--available again after being out of print for several years. The feud took the lives of some of Harrison and Sabine counties most prominent citizens.
